1. Customs

During the transportation, if goods missing because of detained by customs in China, All loss should be borne by us; if obtained in other country except in China, then all loss should be borne by buyers.

2. Defectives

After get the package, pls check products, before your installation, please check both of appearance and functions, if products are defective or faulty, please inform us immediately.and return to us within 7 days.we can exchange the products to buyers.
